With 5+ years as a personal trainer, I focus on listening to clients, identifying weaknesses, and turning them into strengths, while supporting nutrition and motivation.
My approach is tailored and hands-on,
tackling challenges progressively with positive reinforcement. I use yoga and Pilates to prevent and rehabilitate recurring injuries.
As a qualified pre and postnatal trainer, I help women return to fitness safely and confidently. My sessions build confidence, determination, and
results through enjoyable, committed training. I also incorporate golf-specific training and tailor programs to each client’s interests.
